I am an out-of-network provider for many insurance companies, several of which reimburse clients at 50 percent. I encourage you to call your insurance company prior to your first appointment to find out your exact coverage, thereby eliminating any surprises.

I ask that you pay for each visit in full at the time of services. If needed, I am happy to provide a statement once a month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement and also used for tax purposes.
